Sunday Morning Bagel Rides

We leave the shop Sundays at 9:00a.  Pick the 25-mile 13-15mph loop d'Alpharetta.  And, we've got two 40-mile routes that we'll alternate. 17-18mph average pace. We make one, perhaps two stops to regroup.  Plan on being back at the shop by about 11:30.  Road bikes and experienced group riders only please.

The good folks at Bagel Boys Cafe are offering us $1.00 coffee fill ups on our travel mugs.  They also make a great riding bagel called the "Nitro." Easy to pack, perfect ingredients for high-paced activity.
